New methodology for core CPI starts today
At the bottom of the hour, Canada begins printing its new measures of inflation, the full details of which you can find here.
It mainly concerns the core measures and there's three core components to be published. There will also be historical data presented for the new measures going back to 1990.
As far as the rest of the CPI goes, the normal numbers will be out but it might take a bit of fishing to decipher the core numbers.
