The BOJ are not expected to make any changes to monetary policy when its meeting ends later this afternoon. Dealers are nevertheless on a heightened state of alert in case there is some intervention preceding a significant announcement, similar to SNB tactics. If there is no intervention, and we get a bad NFP number later tonight, then dealers expect ever-growing stops below 75.75 and 75.50 to be seriously targeted.
