In the wake of the CPI data the AUD/USD got marked ur immediately to around 0.8850 and has subsequently settled just below 0.8860. Here’s what the updated orderboard looks like now:
- Sellers 0.8950/60
- Sellers 0.8880/90/0.8900, mingled with some stops above 85
- Some buyers around 0.8845/50/55 at present, covering some shorts mainly, but not too large
- Small trading stop loss to sell below 0.8840, not large
- Buyers 0.8770/80, stops below last night’s lows still
- Buyers 0.8750 and ahead of there
- Buyers 0.8700/10
