- EUR/USD – strong bids at 1.3230, smaller size at 1.3200 and 1.3180
- Cable – medium demand at 1.5225/20, more at 1.5200 and nearby
- USD/JPY – strong offers from exporters at 98.50, medium size at 98.65/70
- EUR/JPY – bids at the European low at 128.87/77 offers at 130.75/80
- AUD/USD had rumored sovereign demand at 0.9050. Low so far at 0.9044 but it might still be intact. Bids at 0.9035 with stops below 0.9020
- USD/CAD – light resistance at 1.0325
There is also some chatter about this trendline in the Dollar Index. Some of the dollar gains today may be due to the upcoming speech by Obama on hopes it could break the Congressional ineptitude deadlock.
