USD/JPY : A mix of offers and stops from 79.00 through to 79.20. If it goes through the 79.20 level Gerry just may pee his pants (what a thought
) . Buyers appear around the 78.50/60 level now , with the semi-official bid down at 78.00/10. Resistance 79.15/20, then 79.35/40. Support 0.7865/70, then 78.40/45.
GBP : Resistance 1.5705/10, then 1.5725/30. Support 1.5660/65 , then 1.5635/40.
USD/CHF : Resistance 0.9800/05, then 0.9830/35. Support 0.9735/40, then 0.9700/05.
USD/CAD : Resistance 0.9925/30, then 0.9955/60. Support 0.9870/75, then 0.9850/55.
AUD/USD : Good buyers around 1.0450/55, with stops below 1.0445. Sellers appear 1.0545/50, then more at 1.0575/80. Resistance 1.0525/30, then 1.0550/55. Support 1.0465/70, then 1.0430/35.

Well it’s almost Friday , not quite there yet but we should have some excitement if USD/JPY breaks through 79.20 and Gerry wets his bed sheets
. Other than that , maybe Mr. Kocherlakota will help shed some light on what the Fed will be up to . The commodity currencies rebounded a bit from last night’s sell-off, but still remain vulnerable to any disappointing China news . Good battles being fought tonight will be USD/JPY at the 79.00 level , EUR/USD at the 1.2300 level and hoping to see if AUD/USD can maintain its 1.0500 handle.
