Once every three months we get official CPI data out of Australia and, the good news is, today is the day! Yippee!
(“Every 3 months?” you ask. Yep, seems a but light-on to me too. We have to look to other sources for entertainment, like public vasectomy – yeah, thats right, on a stage, with an audience …. not kidding ;-)).
Anyway, here’s today’s AUD orderboard – and special warning as usual on a big, market-focus, economic data day – be careful of leaving orders dangling out there over the CPI data release (due at 0030GMT), there can be much volatility if the number comes in as a surprise result.
