Bank of America and JPMorgan to decline all cryptocurrency transactions on credit cards

Bank of America won't allow cryptocurrency usage on its cards

There are a lot of people who are using credit cards to deposit money into cryptocurrency exchanges and anyone who did so since late November is underwater.

According to the report, anyone who deposits with a credit card will now be charged as if they made a cash advance on their credit card -- something that ramps up the fees.

Meanwhile JPMorgan and Bank of America will ban them outright.

According to Zerohedge, a recent LendEdusurvey revealed that just over 18% of bitcoin purchases were made using a credit card.
