And Ukraine isn't the only issue in the limelight today as the Eurogroup meets to discuss Greece and there has been plenty of conjecture over whether there is a deal already on the table subject to approval
Reports yesterday that the EUR were offering Greece a 6 month extension and Troika re-organisation,a primary surplus of 1.5%-2%, for the ECB to accept Greek bonds as collateral and Greece to adhere to specific measures in return. The rumours gave the euro a sharp kick higher but the EU were quick to pour cold water on the stories
Greece's government has drawn up a 10-point plan to replace 30% of its bailout deal and will put its plan to the Eurozone fin mins in Brussels today
The talks begin at 16.30 GMT and we can expect plenty of corridor chatter over the wires
